NSCA (National Society for Clean Air) is a UK national charity. We bring together organisations and individuals across the private, public and voluntary sectors to promote a balanced approach to understanding and solving environmental problems.

NSCA contributes to transport-related air pollution through the requirement for staff to travel to and from work, for business travel and through the national events we run. We have implemented a number of measures to reduce our transport impacts, based on seeking to:

reduce the need to travel
encourage the use of transport modes other than car

We have reduced our need to travel by:

encouraging home working, where appropriate

We have encouraged the use of transport other than cars by:

providing secure cycle parking
ensuring our office has good public transport links
ensuring our national events have good public transport links and promoting their use
